James Cerenzie

James & Ariel Cerenzie are owners of Paragon Business Park and have two little girls (Sofie & Adelyn).  Ariel and James enjoy traveling, live music, hiking, and playing tennis. James graduated from Utah Tech University in St George, and went on to complete an MBA at Texas A&M University.  James has invested in Real Estate in Southern Utah for the last 15 years, and is a licensed Real Estate Agent with Equity Real Estate.
